Brown
Lately I hear myself complaining about the ugly brown landscape. This is the time of year that I really miss my home in the Northeast region. I long for the smell of the blooming tulips, the look of the luscious green trees after the long winter, and the blue ocean among the rugged coastline.
While riding in the car, I was reading the new Artful Blogging (by Somerset Studio) issue and came across an article of a woman that went on a search for the color aqua and posted on her blog all the places she found the color. This inspired a new goal. To find vibrant colors among the backdrop of brown. This is my last picture of the brown landscape -here's to color!

You are becoming quite the poetic writer. I am impressed. I also love the idea. It's a bit like another of the blogposts I follow- My Little Corner of The World. She challenges us to find 5 things that will bring sunshine into our lives this week. Of course, that is not a literal problem for you there in all the sunshine. But I am sitting here on another gloomy Monday a.m. here in my corner of the world. No matter where we are, there is always a need to find the color in our lives. I am looking forward to sharing your discoveries.:)
