At the gym on Saturday, I kept thinking that I only have 10 lbs left to lose. I was thinking of creative ways to remind myself of my goal. I thought about writing the goal on paper and taking a photo of it on my cell phone and making it the wallpaper, writing a list of reasons that I want to lose the weight and tape on the refrigerator, etc.
Today we ate at the Cattle Baron and all thoughts of my weight loss goal went out the window. I saw that chocolate mousse at the end of the salad bar and it was all over. The chocolate mousse is amazing!! I ate strawberries (hoping it balances out the bad) and consumed a whole bowl of chocolate mousse. It's my guilty pleasure for the week (no more cheating for me)! I think it was almost worth an extra 10 -20 minutes on the treadmill tomorrow.
